It’s back! YES! It’s that time of year when the evenings turn a bit darker and so does our taste in beer. This is an annual beer festival celebrating the darker side of the beer flavour profile, with a whole host of stouts, milds & porters available in cask, keg, bottle & can. From straight up, all-day, easy-drinking London porters through to decadent, one-off impy stouts… and everything in between. There’ll be daily beer releases throughout the week, our Pub Quiz on Tuesday from 7-9pm and Motherchip will be here kicking out their deliciously naughty fully loaded chips.

Last year, we decided it would be fun to buy a ma-hoo-sive Christmas tree to stand proudly in the front garden as a beacon of Christmas for the whole of December, shining brightly in the heart of NR3. We had such a wonderful time switching on the lights last year that we’ve decided to do it again this year! And, because we always like to try and out-do ourselves, we’ve gone bigger and better than our first year… with a whopping 7 metre Christmas tree!! There’ll be over 10,000 fairy lights across the tree and adorning the front garden, a snow machine to bring those festive vibes, Christmas songs, hot mulled wine, kids/dog/boozy lucky dip and free mince pies. Our license allows kids indoors daily until 7pm and outdoors until 9pm. Everything will be kicking off from 6pm, with the lights being switched on at 7pm. So don your Christmas jumper and prepare to get the Chrimbo feels!
