The idea is simple. It’s not a race. It’s about getting out, active and socialising with likeminded friends.
It’s a Cycle Club that meets once a month for everyone regardless of age, sex and super human strength. A group for enthusiasts that like riding as much as they do having a coffee or beer to talk about bikes, rides and gear.
HOW IT WORKS
We meet at 9.30am for a coffee and a chat and set off at 10am.
It is a different route every month of around 25-30 miles with a bike friendly café in the middle for break.
Then we head back to the Pub for a well-earned beer and cheeseboard or Motherchips.
We believe cycling is a brilliant way to connect with your local environment. A way of noticing all the small things you usually drive right by. Therefore our Cycle Club is FREE to attend. If you wish to partake in the Cheeseboard at the end, then stick £3 in the pot and get stuck in.
Please know your limitations: The Fat Cat Tap Cycle Club average pace is around 15 miles per hour.
